Position Overview:
Creating insurance policies, advising potential clients on coverages, converting quotes into policies, resolving billing issues and processing endorsements.
The customer service representative will also be responsible for executing and providing pertinent documents to lending institutions, attorneys, and other carriers
Qualifications:
High School diploma Previous experience working as a customer service representative in the insurance industry.
Excellent communications skills Friendly and personable Computer skills and knowledge of database software Job Types:
