Responsibilities:
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities, both indoors and outdoors, to promote their development and growth Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, considering any dietary restrictions Establish and maintain a consistent daily routine, including nap times, playtime, and educational activities Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toilet training Ensure the children's safety at all times, both inside and outside the home Teach good manners, promote positive behavior, and encourage social skills Support and assist with homework and educational assignments Coordinate and accompany the children to extracurricular activities, playdates, and appointments as needed Perform light household duties related to the children's care, such as tidying up their play areas and doing their laundry Ideal Candidate Requirements:
Vaccinated 18 or older Proven experience as a Nanny, preferably with multiple children Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and other caregivers Good judgment and decision-making abilities to ensure the children's safety and well-being Patience, empathy, and the ability to establish a nurturing and positive relationship with the children A true career Nanny with a deep passion for childcare and child development Fluency in Spanish is preferred to foster bilingualism in the children Responsible, reliable, and punctual, with a commitment to providing the highest level of care CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Job Types:
